Description:
- Provide overall product leadership for existing product and new product introductions development program.
- Update and edit manuals for customer uses.
- Responsible for suggesting, setting up, and following through with clinical partner sites testing our product concepts.
- Responsible for supporting, educating, demonstrating, product training of product to existing and new customer base.
- Be the focal point of all clinical data from the field and communications to headquarters.
- Evaluate all clinical data from the field and communicate to headquarters on product issues or enhancements
- Dealer support and training of product
- Responsible for leading the interactions between the Product Management/Engineering team and product plans.
- Work with applications specialists to assist in product training and ongoing sales and marketing efforts.
- Supporting customers through follow-up training and applications.
- Educate the organization on current clinical trends in the designated target markets.
- Trade show support
- Lead person to resolve customer issues
- Ability to travel (both Domestic and International)
