Description:
Manage regional activities to achieve budget targets by controlling expenses, generating revenue and maintaining inventory at budgeted levels.
Establish, maintain and continuously improve customer satisfaction within the region.
Develop business strategies and supportive programs for service.
Establish an annual business plan and present resulting actions quarterly.
Hire, train, evaluate and direct the activities of Technical Service Representatives.
Control and manage company assets.
Work with Regional Sales Managers to develop joint sales/service account strategies.
Supervise approximately 7 Direct Sales Reps and a staff of Clinical Specialists.
Other duties may be assigned.
