Marketing Director
Description:
Medical Device JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for annual business plan and marketing budget. Develop marketing strategies with a plan for meeting company objectives and exceeding growth in the targeted area. Strategize and develop marketing programs including advertising, direct mail, media ads and other productive marketing measures to optimize brand growth of the product. Build and maintain customer relations including luminary, testimonial and referral programs. Assist in market research, new product development, media strategies and analyses of competitive data. Work with Creative Director to implement marketing strategies and goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have degree in Marketing or Business, an MBA is preferred, and 10-12 years marketing experience. Have at least 7 years in Marketing Management and at least 3 in Category Management. Proven success in marketing and brand management. Strong analytical, financial and statistical skills. Excellent presentation, communication, written and verbal skills. Budget and P&L experience a plus. Must be creative with excellent organizational, planning and product management skills. Medical sales experience would be preferred.
