| Sales Account Representative - Texas (Dallas/Ft.Worth/San Antonio) |
Description: The client company is a worldwide leader in surgical medical products, including capital equipment and disposable medical devices.
Primary Responsibilities: The development of sales plans, and leading and monitoring sales activities Training and managing the distribution network in your territory to obtain sales objectives Assisting in developing the annual sales and production forecast Defining the strategic sales plan and product launch strategy for new products in the defined territory Monitoring and taking responsibility for the implementation of successful product trials and new product introductions Provide regular and timely feedback on sales performance, market dynamics, new target accounts, and organizational performance Provide ideas regarding market and product growth and new product development, introductions and existing product enhancements
Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering or Life/Physical Sciences
Position Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a medical products manufacturing company Thorough knowledge of marketing, sales and business processes in a hospital environment Must have prior OR Sales experience Must be well acquainted with the health care industry and selling targets such as Perfusionists, Surgeons, and CVOR Managers Must be experienced in managing a strong distribution network, and balancing the needs of the team with the company forecast, budget and mission Must have a measurable track record of success in consistently meeting established objectives CV, Ortho or Neuro device selling experience preferred
